Building Strong and Ready Teams
For over 20 years, Strong Bonds served as the premier training opportunity for Army relationship building. The program transitioned to Building Strong and Ready Teams (BSRT) on 1 October 2023. BSRT maximizes Command vision and influence, and deliver greater unit impact in order to build spiritual readiness and holistic wellness across the Army.
BSRT is a command directed, chaplain led, community partnered program that strengthens spiritual readiness for Soldiers and their Families. The program supports the local Commander's Religious Support Plan with training that:
• Builds and maintains strong family structure
• Enhances resiliency
• Supports suicide prevention
• Enriches holistic wellness
Training Audience / Category
Couples & Families. Training for Soldiers and their immediate Family members.
Singles. Training for Soldiers who are not currently married.
Soldiers. Training for Soldiers, regardless of marital status.
Mixed. Training for Soldiers with the inclusion of some Family members.
Unit Leaders. Moral leadership training for unit leadership.
Families of Deployed Soldiers. Training for Family members of deployed Soldiers.
